01

I didn't begin with a plan to become a coach.

My story began with a quiet question:
Who am I beneath everything I have become?

Long before I began helping others with emotional healing, I was learning how to understand myself. Childhood, identity, ambition, relationships and the expectations I carried all became part of that journey.

Learning to know myself
before knowing what to call it.

As a child, I was already trying to understand where I belonged, what was expected of me and who I was beneath those expectations. Growing up meant learning responsibility early — and, at the same time, quietly trying to make sense of my own identity.

I eventually chose the path of Chartered Accountancy. It gave me discipline, structure and a professional identity I could be proud of. I worked hard, built my career and learned what it meant to show up consistently.

For years, that path looked like success from the outside. And in many ways, it was. But my inner life was asking questions that achievement alone could not answer.

I was building a professional identity while still learning how to feel at home in my own.

Everything was moving forward.
Something inside wasn't.

04Self-doubt
05The pressure to be okay

During my professional years — including five years of corporate and MNC experience — life also brought me face-to-face with relationship struggles and questions about self-identity.

I had spent years being responsible, doing what was expected, building a career and moving forward. Yet I began to see that achieving everything on the outside doesn't necessarily mean feeling whole on the inside.

We don't always struggle because something is wrong with us.

Sometimes, we are simply living with beliefs, emotional patterns and wounds that we learned much earlier in life.
04

The moment I stopped asking
“What is wrong with me?”

Slowly, I began to look deeper — not just at what was happening in my life, but at why it was happening. I started doing my own inner work and discovered the profound difference that healing can create.

That realisation changed the way I saw myself. It helped me understand that many of the patterns I was living with had once been ways of protecting, coping or belonging.

And eventually, I knew I couldn't ignore what I had discovered. I chose to leave the path I had spent years building and begin a different kind of work — the work of understanding, healing and becoming.

THE DECISION I chose to turn inward.

Not because my past was wrong — but because I was ready to meet myself differently.

THE WORK BEHIND THE WORK

Today, two parts of my journey meet in the same room.

I bring together my professional discipline as a Chartered Accountant with my work in emotional healing, inner-child healing and relationship transformation.

01
THE FIRST STEP

Compassion to heal.

To create enough safety to understand what hurts without judging the person who is hurting.

02
THE NEXT STEP

Courage to change.

To turn awareness into different choices, healthier relationships and a life built from self-worth.

I don't want to simply help someone feel better for a day. I want to help people understand themselves deeply enough that they can begin making different choices, creating healthier relationships and living from a place of self-worth rather than old wounds.

That is why I do this work.

The journey doesn't end when the work begins.

My journey has also been deeply influenced by teachers and mentors who helped me understand healing, consciousness, emotional patterns and human transformation at a deeper level.
